Refund policy

We want you to love your jewellery! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn and returned in their original packaging. Items should be sent back via a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty.

Please note: Due to UK law, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. To arrange a return, please contact us.
