A Limited Edition Triceratops Jewellery Collection for Manchester Museum
I’m so excited to finally share some news I’ve been keeping under wraps for a little while… I was recently commissioned to create a special collection of jewellery for a brand new and truly incredible exhibition coming to Manchester this autumn.
From Saturday 25 October 2025 to Sunday 22 February 2026, Manchester Museum will be hosting an extraordinary exhibition celebrating one of the most iconic dinosaurs of all time — the Triceratops. The star of the show is a rare 1.9–metre-long Triceratops skull, which will be on display for visitors to explore up close.
Designing the Collection
When I was first approached to design this collection, I knew I wanted to capture the character and strength of this magnificent creature in a way that felt wearable, elegant, and a little bit playful.
I began by sketching different angles of the skull, experimenting with how its shape and features would translate into a clean, striking 2D design. Once I was happy with the composition, I moved the sketches into Procreate to create precise digital files ready for laser cutting.

After the pieces were cut, it was time to choose the perfect colour palette to reflect the warm, earthy tones of the season. I settled on burnt orange, olive green, and a natural hessian - colours that echo the autumn landscape and complement the organic texture of the bamboo I work with.
Each piece has been individually hand painted by me, resulting in a limited edition Triceratops jewellery collection that’s as unique as the dinosaur itself.

Where to Find the Collection
This special collection is exclusively available to purchase at Manchester Museum and through their online shop.
About the Exhibition
The Triceratops exhibition is set to be a fantastic experience for all ages. Alongside the impressive skull, visitors can enjoy interactive, hands-on elements — including a digital touch replica of the skull, where you can explore its facial features through touch, and even a fossil dig for budding palaeontologists.
This has been such a joyful project to bring to life, and I can’t wait for visitors to see both the exhibition and the jewellery collection in person. If you’re in Manchester this autumn or winter, this is definitely one not to miss.
Exhibition Dates: Saturday 25 October 2025 – Sunday 22 February 2026
